We request you all to reach Bangalore by 24th evening. This will avoid your last minute request to provide some place to get freshen up within the NCBS academic block.

We have provided your accommodation at Mandara Hostel, which is about 6 Kms (20 minutes) from NCBS. Mandara hostel in within the same campus as that of TIFR Centre for Applicable Mathematics. The directions to reach TIFR CAM is available at

We have arranged for your accommodation at Mandara hostel from 24th evening 6.00 pm to 28th night 10.00 pm.

Participants will stay on a sharing basis (3 participants in one room). There are separate rooms allocated for male and female participants.

We reiterate that (i) there is no registration fee, (ii) all of you will be provided with free breakfast and lunch, (iii) we will arrange for your transport to-and-fro Mandara-NCBS during the course of the workshop, and (iv) we will not support your travel to-and-fro airport/bus/railway station-NCBS and to your respective cities.

Registration 8.30 am to 9.15 am.

Venue : Outside Haapus (Ground Floor Lecture Hall), Near NCBS Reception.

Only after you collect your badges from the registration desk you can have your free breakfast. Badges will help the canteen personnel identify you as the workshop participant.

1st talk of workshop will start from 9.30 am on 25th Morning. There will be a separate bus from Mandara to NCBS at 8.15 am everyday so that you can have your breakfast well in time, before the first talk starts. The same bus will carry you all to Mandara at 8.15 pm, after your dinner.
 

Important Note : (i) Breakfast will be served at NCBS main canteen. No provision of breakfast at Mandara. (ii) Please don't be late in catching the scheduled 8.00 am bus. There are no immediate bus service from Mandara to NCBS thereafter.

You need not bring any specific document for the workshop. However, please bring the institute's/college ID card along with you.

You can clarify any other doubts with the organizers and/or the volunteer (Anshul) during the span of the workshop.
